Very nice hotel,friendly staff, we turned out to be 3 people in the last moment and they were very helpful- changed our studio for 2 for an apartment for 3. It was very welcoming for my little dog as well. Breakfast was different every day with variety of typical bulgarian choices. Apartment was mostly plain but clean and tidy with an iron and hairdryer on request at the reception. 700m away from the ski lift and beautiful views towards the mountains.
