This was an exceptional viewing and performance with the added bonus of comfortable seats and wine and chocolate. It was better than being at Covent Garden it self. Will do again.

Was a very pleasant enjoyable evening,drinks were self service,has were snacks,which some people took more advantage,not thinking of others....but I think everyone got a share and enjoyed the atmosphere.Was worth the Grabo cost ,but the usual price of 50 Lev No way.

Considering that the hotel still continued with the event, due to no others... Catered just for US two people.... We enjoyed every moment, the food the hospitality, and of course Splendid wines... The staff were excellent, and we are so sorry for the hotel that no other participants took the advantage of the offer... Thank you to all at Estraya Hotel.

After finding the studio, which is not the one on Google map with the voucher, walking another 10mins from where the car was parked.
Julia was waiting for me, was shown to a clean and ready room, relaxing facial began... Julia was very attentive, wearing a mask for protection, I was pleased thanks.

A small salon with lots of customers, a shame there was only one assistant to attend all manicures and pedicures making our time there 3hours,but all was done cleanly, and effortlessly in a friendly manner. I would recommend this place.

A very relaxing day by the pool, food was excellent with plenty of choice, drinks were available very clean hotel and friendly staff... Go and try..Manole' the pool area attendant was very supportive, I just think the management should inform their staff of people coming in with Grabo, has their was confusion on serving us drinks, because we do not have the identifying hotel bracelets on like the guests for bedbreakfast or all inclusive clients. But it was soon rectified. Bar girl was great.

Very pleasant and efficient service, truly happy with my new glasses, the world reads better than before.. Thank you... I recommend highly.
The wines were tasted with great enthusiasm, and a bottle or two bought.Easy to access grabo stand for tickets ..staff very helpful...BRAVO to all....until next year.
