Room was cold , thermostat didn't work,hair dryer didn't work, food was cold , we ate breakfast at 8 in morning but everything was cold, swimming pool ok, steam sauna ok, wooden saunas very low temperature , both doors were missing door seals so they never get enough hot , asked at Spa for massages but i couldn't do any massage , you have to book one day before, even that nobody was there except lady at the desk.
